Sent my mother living plant basket for her birthday. Ordered around 10-11am and was delivered before 1pm! What a fantastic service! Only thing I would ask is putting a note in the box with information on each plant in the basket and care info. My mom is very exacting and would love to know what exactly is in the basket. THANK YOU! Have been ordering flowers from Visser's since I was in HS back in the 80s!!! ---- Florist's Response: Hello Michael, We are glad she loved the Plant Basket. The real flowers are more beautiful than the picture and I thought the picture was beautiful when I first saw it. My wife absolutely loved them.

My sister sent me a photo of the plant basket and teddy bear that I sent. It was perfect- very much like the photo on your website. She loved it and so did I. It was delivered on time and the card was exactly what I wanted. It was perfect- I will definitely order from you again! Thank you. As a former florist I am usually not completely happy with what different florists send- so this is great!

That were absolutely beautiful
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
