We did not realize that the person we were sending flowers to had moved, and thus the delivery person was sent to the wrong address! The person from Visser’s who contacted us was so helpful and understanding, even though it was our mistake. They were able to contact the person, get the new address, which was out of the area and coordinate a delivery with a sister florist. Above and beyond! Thank you Visser’s!
