Flower substitutions will be required on most orders but will be replaced with flowers of similar value. This especially applies to orders that are out of our delivery area that we send to our partner shops

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I live in San Diego, and needed to send flowers to my aunt in Anaheim. I picked this flower shop on distance and ordered the night before. They did a beautiful job, exactly as the description and delivery was as they said. Thank you to this wonderful buissness. They did above and beyond ❤️

Thank you for being prompt and professional. I live in NC and ordered flowers for an employee in So Cal. I ordered them and they were delivered in about 3 hours after ordering. They also were gorgeous. Thank you

My order was delivered by the time I requested and looked exactly like the picture - it was very pretty. I give it four stars though because by the next day the flowers were already deteriorating. They should last a good few days before signs of deterioration appear.
