Flower substitutions will be required on most orders but will be replaced with flowers of similar value. This especially applies to orders that are out of our delivery area that we send to our partner shops

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

What a gorgeous arrangement! I ordered the Deluxe size and as always Visser’s Florist came through. I live in San Antonio TX but formerly of Chino Hills CA and have used Visser’s Florists for many years. They never disappoint and the Recipient is always surprised and pleased. In fact my Sister sent me a picture right away to show me how awesome the arrangement was. Their flowers are fresh and last for days. Highly recommend going with an actual florist!! Thank You Visser’s for always doing such an outstanding job!

Good customer service is hard to come by these days and you guys nailed it. The easy way to order and the confirmation of delivery is great. The quality of the flowers was amazing and the arrangement was beautiful. Overall outstanding service!
