If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I was expecting this particular arrangement to have more "peppermint" to it. The picture shows the carnations as being white with red trim, and multiple bows with the berries standing out in the front. Instead, the carnations were solid red and white ones which don't look quite the same with the candy canes. The pinecones are plain without the white frosted tips. And there was holly with berries stuck in there somewhere. However, it was a gift to my mother; and she liked it which is what matters. Seems if they're going to offer varying sizes the basket should be sized accordingly too - lots of filler in the standard . . . more greenery than flowers.
